Coaching and Consultation Sessions

Payments for coaching sessions, consultations, and other booked services are generally non-refundable once the session has taken place.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session, please provide reasonable notice. Where possible, we may allow you to reschedule your appointment to another available date and time.

Cancellations by Us

If Nick Ronald needs to cancel a scheduled session, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session. If a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, a refund may be offered for the affected session.
